1. Eligibility

• 7-Day Window: Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Underwear, makeup, perishables, and customized goods (unless defective).

2. Return Reasons

• Defective/damaged items, wrong product received, or incorrect size (apparel only).

3. Process

• Free Drop-Off: Return to a Kakebe pickup station.

• Refunds: Issued within 5–10 business days via original payment method or store credit.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds for customer-caused damage or unclaimed items after 30 days.
